- Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer support team with your order number. Once your request is verified, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method via our API-based digital service platform. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
